No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. No pets over 100 lbs. There will be a $200 charge (one-time non-refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $100 (one-time non-refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per unit. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
